The room was spacious. The breakfast offered a full selection of options (i liked the scrambled eggs). The hotel's proximity to the M6 made travel easy. Staff members were helpful and accommodating.

The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. I felt very welcome! As a frequent traveler, I can say this location is one of the best.
The car park requires registration to avoid fines. I consider clearer signage is needed on the car park and during check-in to prevent penalties.

the location is excellent i chose it because it is close to the motorway it saved me time and fuel when heading north hot breakfast was great with plenty of options coffee was really good too
the pillows are too full so i could not sleep well i have neck problems the evening meal was overpriced for the quality of food served the television is a bit too small
