The room was spacious. The breakfast offered a full selection of options (i liked the scrambled eggs). The hotel's proximity to the M6 made travel easy. Staff members were helpful and accommodating.

Staff was cordial, and breakfast service was prompt. I found adequate parking . The bedroom had complimentary Dove shampoo. The external hotel area seemed nice.
The hotel do not have microwave for the guests to use.

The staff were cute. The hotel was clean and bright, well maintained. The breakfast was lovely. There was plenty of choice there.
The bed WAS a little uncomfortable. It was not a major issue. Only one sachet of coffee was available.

spacious rooms breakfast variety friendly staff
The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. I felt very welcome! As a frequent traveler, I can say this location is one of the best.
The car park requires registration to avoid fines. I consider clearer signage is needed on the car park and during check-in to prevent penalties.

decent selection ample parking disability room available room
the breakfast offered a decent selection. the staff seemed helpful and present, especially during breakfast service. i found the location convenient near the motorway. ample parking space was available, so the car felt safe.
the room i received was not the specific type i booked. it was a disability room. i was told the hotel was full when i asked to change, but i saw rooms available online.

great breakfast good coffee convenient location full pillows overpriced meal small television
the location is excellent i chose it because it is close to the motorway it saved me time and fuel when heading north hot breakfast was great with plenty of options coffee was really good too
the pillows are too full so i could not sleep well i have neck problems the evening meal was overpriced for the quality of food served the television is a bit too small
